How a job runs

Checked before you see them
Every professional is verified before they can be matched: identity, business documents, insurance, licensing where the work requires it, and service area. If a document lapses, they’re automatically hidden from matching until it’s current. Ratings from every completed job follow them and shape future matches.
Billing
One agreed price, one line on your invoice. There’s no fee for posting or matching, and you never negotiate rates or chase a professional’s invoice.
Professionals you already use
Keep working with them outside the platform, or bring them onto the network: they pass the same checks, and from then on their jobs are tracked, rated and reported in your Insights. Mark them as preferred and they’re offered your jobs first.
