The AI layer

What the AI handles on its own, and where it hands over to a person.

In short

The AI answers every contact within seconds, handles the routine, and hands anything that needs judgment to a specialist — with the full story, so your customer never repeats themselves.

The first few seconds

Whenever a contact arrives — phone, chat, email or text, any hour — the AI:

  • answers in your voice, with the greeting from your Playbook;
  • captures who it is and why they’re in touch;
  • works out whether they’re new, an existing customer or an emergency;
  • checks whether they’ve been in touch before.

If the request is routine and your Playbook allows it, the AI resolves it on the spot. If it needs judgment, it keeps gathering the details and brings in a specialist — without asking the customer to call back.

The hand-over

The specialist receives a short summary: who, what, how urgent, the history, and which part of your Playbook applies. They start already knowing the situation, and the customer doesn’t have to explain it twice.

Where a person always takes over

Some questions only a licensed professional can answer — about legal rights, medical symptoms, tax treatment or insurance cover. The AI captures them and routes them straight to the right person on your side. The same goes for anything with a legal, medical, financial or employment consequence: those decisions are always made by people.

Telling customers it’s AI

Where the law requires it, the greeting says the customer is speaking with an automated assistant. The exact words live in your Playbook, so they fit your voice and your locations.

How it gets sharper

The AI improves as your Playbook does. When your monthly Insights shows a question it keeps passing to specialists, that answer can be added to its authority — so more gets resolved on first contact, and your specialists spend their time where judgment matters.
