In short

We hold only what we need to look after your customers, in our own system. Your logins and your systems stay with you, and you can take the complete record whenever you want.

What we hold

TierWhat it is
A · Contact detailsName, how to reach them, channel, time, urgency.
B · ConversationsThe record of each contact, notes and follow-ups.
C · Shared workspaceWork items, deadlines, jobs, Insights reports and your Playbook.
D · Stays in your own systemsYour logins, payment card numbers, financial records, medical records and privileged legal files.

Tiers A–C are yours: we hold them and you can export them any time. These tiers are written into your agreement.

Your systems stay yours

We work in our own system and hand clean records back to you in the format and schedule your Playbook sets. Appointments are booked through a booking link you share — never a login to your software.

Who can see your data

Only the specialists assigned to your account. Anyone else needs an explicit, documented assignment, and changes are recorded. Encryption, multi-factor sign-in and a secrets vault are the baseline, in place before your first contact is handled.

Taking it with you

Full export in standard formats — CSV, JSON and PDF — with no exit fee and no waiting period. Your Playbook comes with you too.

For the full detail, including what is in force today and what arrives with the platform, see Trust & Security.
