In short
Once a month you get a ClientConnect™ Insights report. Fourteen items show what happened; the fifteenth is one concrete change for next month, which you accept or turn down.
What’s in it
| Group | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Customer experience | How many contacts arrived and when, how fast they were answered against your agreement, what was missed, what converted, and which customers look at risk. |
| Operations | Work opened versus completed, deadlines met and coming up, and how the workspace is being used. |
| Outside professionals | Jobs through PartnerConnect™ — activity, quality, on-time rates and cost (Growth and Premium). |
| Is the system improving? | This month’s Playbook changes, how much the AI resolved on its own, and the trend over time. |
| The recommendation | One specific change for next month, backed by the numbers. |
The part that matters most
Most reports stop at numbers. Insights ends with a decision: one change — a Playbook update, a coverage adjustment, a process fix. If you accept it, it becomes a Playbook change, and next month’s report shows whether it worked.
What you get by plan
- Starter — a monthly recap of customer experience, plus the recommendation.
- Growth — the full report, all fifteen items.
- Premium — the full report, plus a monthly leadership review call where we walk through it and agree next month’s changes together.
Your part
Read it, and answer the recommendation. It’s one decision a month — and it’s how the service keeps getting better at your business.
